GMRP researchers meeting - April 2010

 

A meeting has been held at the University of Jordan between the Belgian project promoters (representing by Prof. Dr. ir. Jan Wastiels and Prof. Dr. ir. Hubert Rahier) and the Jordanian local promoters (representing by Prof. Dr. Hani Khoury and Prof. Dr. Mohammed K. Hourani). The discussions during this meeting have covered the following: 1. VLIR project activities during the period of 2009 – 2010. 2. The project financial report of 2009 – 2010. 3. The pilot project to develop and optimize the geo-(mineral)polymer by our VLIR-VUB-UJ research team. The main goal is to construct a large water harvesting system at Al-Muwaqqer farm station. 4. The PhD student's progress.
