​​His Excellency Edward Oakden, the Ambassador of United Kingdom to Jordan  visited the Cell Therapy Center on June 13, 2016. He met with Prof. Abdalla Awidi, founder and director of the center and other senior scientists at the Cell Therapy Center.

 Prof. Awidi gave a brief introduction  about the Clinical facilities and Research activities in the Center, and discussed the possibilities of mutual scientific and research cooperation with British academic institutions such as the University of Cambridge and other reputable institutions.  His Excellency indicated his willingness to explore ways of  bringing this cooperation to a fruitful result.​
