Her Excellency Alice G. Wells, the Ambassador of United States to Jordan  visited the Cell Therapy Center on June, 23rd, 2016. She met with Prof. Abdalla Awidi, founder and director of the center, and other senior scientists at the Cell Therapy Center.

Prof. Awidi gave a brief introduction  about the Clinical facilities and Research activities in the Center, and discussed the possibilities of mutual scientific and research cooperation with American  academic institutions in the field of regenerative medicine and stem cell research. Her Excellency indicated her willingness to explore ways of  bringing this cooperation to a fruitful result.
