A delegation from Hamdi Mango Center for Scientific Research (HMCSR) / The University of Jordan (UJ) consisting of Prof. Abeer Al Bawab (director of HMCSR), Assist Prof. Dr. Fadwa Odeh (researcher) and 4 young researcher, MS and BS students, by names they were Miss Ayat Bozeya, Miss Fatima Mustafa, Miss Heba Al Hamaty and Miss Aseel Qawasmi visited Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara/Turkey as part of the European funded project “Jordan Conservation of Cultural Heritage in ERA (JOCHERA)
The tour called “Twinning and Joint Research Plans” was held together with the “Training on Solid NMR techniques”.
The tour was divided into 3 parts: a) visit to the Material Conservation laboratory (MCL); b) visit to the Central laboratory (CL) in addition to Chemistry Department; c) training on 300 MHz Bruker NMR instrument equipped with solid probe and practical analysis.
