As part of the activities of the Feminist Fellowship Project, implemented by the Center for Women's Studies at the University of Jordan in partnership with the *Enhancing Women’s Political and Economic Participation in the Middle East and North Africa (WoMENA)* project, funded by the German Development Cooperation (GIZ), the third training session entitled **“The Art of Communication”** was held on Monday, September 29, 2025, at the GIZ headquarters.
The session highlighted the pivotal role of effective communication in strengthening women’s presence in institutions and society. The training focused on modern communication tools and techniques and included practical applications for organizing events, in addition to exploring gender-sensitive communication approaches that respond to women’s issues and needs within Jordanian institutions.
The training provided an interactive space for acquiring new practical skills that contribute to developing leadership and professional capacities, while enhancing women’s opportunities for active participation in both the labor market and community work.
