The Open Educational Resources and Blended Learning Center was established at the University of Jordan to enable the University of Jordan to join the global open educational movement through the use of information and communications technology and the adoption of open educational practices. The center also aims to raise the quality of education, reduce its cost, increase its efficiency and move or shift to student-centered learning (via blended learning and online learning) effectively while benefiting from high-quality global experiences. The center aims to participate in providing knowledge of the elements of the education process and researchers at the University of Jordan and other educational institutions through open educational resources.
