Hamdi Mango Center for Scientific Research at the University of Jordan organized an inaugural lecture on the “JAIP Connect” platform, linking the academic sector with the industrial sector. The presentation was given by the founder and CEO of the company, Dr. Khaled Khreisat. The lecture marked the launch of the platform, the first of its kind in the Middle East, aiming to bridge the gap between the academic and industrial sectors, representing a significant leap in enhancing cooperation between the two sectors. Dr. Khreisat provided an overview of the platform, emphasizing its modernity and innovation. He explained its main goal – to facilitate collaboration between academics and industrialists by sharing expertise extensively. Dr. Khreisat underscored the platform's significance in research and academia, highlighting its role in driving qualitative innovations that benefit industrial sectors, create employment opportunities, and contribute to the national output of countries. Emphasizing the significance of scientific research, Khreisat described it as a fundamental pillar for progress in various aspects of life. He urged countries to adopt scientific research early on to enhance overall development, support the local economy, and increase investment in various fields.
Dr. Rida Shibli, the director of the center, stressed the importance of the lecture for researchers and students, encouraging them to benefit from the platform in scientific research. He described scientific research as the foundation of societies, emphasizing the need for continued lectures at the center to convey its message to society. The event concluded with a Q&A session, attended by the director and staff of the Hamdi Mango Center, a delegation from the Iraqi University of Anbar, and students and researchers from various colleges of the University.
