The fall semester will start on Sunday, September 27^th, 2020.

 Some important notes:

·       Microsoft Teams platform will be used for the online instruction.

·       WhatsApp application will be used as a supporting platform.

·       Classes will run for 20 hours per week.

·       There will be two sessions of classes per day (each session consists of one hour and forty minutes).

·       Teachers will provide the students with an electronic copy of the teaching material.

·       Teachers will send the courses syllabi and any other information related to the courses through WhatsApp groups and Microsoft Teams.

After receiving the application, The Language Center will send an acceptance letter. The acceptance letter will include the placement test online link.

Students need to send the following documents to complete their enrollment.

1.    Application / registration form (Please take note of your application form ID (

2.    An electronic photocopy of passport sent to ujlc@ju.edu.jo with reference to your application number.

3.    WhatsApp phone number for communication during remote learning (optional but recommended)

Students should send their fees (USD 1850) via wire transfer to our bank account. Once paid, kindly send a copy of your payment receipt to ujlc@ju.edu.jo with reference to your application ID and the following information:

•        Student’s name

•        Amount of transferred money

•        An electronic copy of money transfer form (in English if possible).

•        Bank IBAN number

Bank charges; bank commissions and fees will be paid by the student so that the total amount received should be USD1850.

The wire transfer should indicate that the money sent is for the Arabic program at the Language Center.

·       Once a payment proof is received, the center will send students the link, password, username, and time of the Placement Test.

·       After setting for the exam, The Language Center will inform the students of their levels.

·       For any inquiries, teachers will communicate with their students before the beginning of the course.
